Rebecca’s Cuisine

Romagna is a land of culinary traditions. Piadina is perhaps one of the best known specialties, but the cuisine is rich and varied and can satisfy all tastes: homemade pasta such as cappelletti, lasagna and tagliatelle, all types of cold cuts and meat, traditional fish and seafood dishes, wine from the hills of Romagna and the popular Sweet Salt of Cervia.

Rebecca and Annamaria’s cuisine is a perfect mix of the traditional Romagna recipes which have been handed down from grandma Maria, and those typical of distant cultures, reworked in an innovative way using only local products. From cappelletti with beef ragu to couscous, eating at Il Giardino di Rebecca is a treat for your palate.

Breakfast

Starting the day with a healthy and rich breakfast, entirely prepared with fresh and high-quality raw materials, prepares your body and mind for a pleasant feeling of relaxation/vacation. All our guests will enjoy this sweet and healthy awakening outdoors under the gazebo by the pool or on the veranda … you can choose!!!

Our breakfast will amaze you for the amount, quality and variety of products which will satisfy every palate.

It includes fresh seasonal fruit, homemade cakes and biscuits, different types of cereals, bread and focaccia, jam, butter and honey, yogurt, fruit juice, fresh juice, milk, coffee and tea selection.

Moreover, upon request, a small à la carte menu is available, with a selection of cheese and cold cuts, eggs, bacon, omelettes and pancakes, soy or rice milk, smoothies, fruit salad, gluten-free biscuits and cakes. This menu should be requested the night before.

Lunch

Lunch in the garden from Monday to Saturday

If you wish to enjoy the swimming pool without any interruption we can offer you (served under your umbrella) our homemade focaccia prepared with many different types of flour and other ingredients (turmeric, buckwheat, 5 cereal flour, wholewheat, olives, etc.) served with cold cuts, cheese and top-quality vegetables.

 

Sunday lunch

The menu (written on the blackboard) always includes different dishes which are a perfect mix of the recipes from the Romagna tradition, handed down from grandma Maria, and the ones from distant cultures, reworked in an innovative way using only local products. From cappelletti with beef ragu to lasagna with carasau bread, eating at Il Giardino di Rebecca is a treat for the palate.

Every day you can eat Rebecca and Annamaria’s homemade focaccia, while the menu always features different dishes at weekends.

Dinner

Book a table for dinner if you would like to spend a beautiful cool summer evening in the garden. We can prepare pasta with our homemade sauces (shallot marinated with Parmesan cheese, pesto and beef ragu), or choose between a starter and a second course if you prefer. It’s up to you!!!

For dinner you can always choose between a starter, two first courses and a second course.
